We had a delightful stay at a charming cottage in a picturesque village. The communication before our arrival was excellent and the cottage was impeccably clean and well-equipped. Our daughter was overjoyed to find a teddy bear waiting for her in the room. Parking was convenient right outside the cottage. Despite the shower being a bit low for taller guests, everything else was perfect.

Our stay at Clover Cottage was absolutely delightful. The cottage itself was so cosy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all of us. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful Peak District easily. We loved the nearby pub that served delicious food, and having a village shop nearby was so convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and the cottage was clean and well-maintained. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Clover Cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
While the shower was a bit low for someone of my height, it didn't hinder our overall experience. Additionally, a larger bed would have been a bonus, but considering the cottage's size, it's understandable.

The cottage had everything we needed - towels provided, plenty of dishes/glassware, and a good selection of maps and local information. It was clean and cozy, with a comfortable living room and a wood stove for chilly evenings. The second bedroom was an added bonus, with its own sofa and TV. The location in the heart of the village was ideal, and the owner was welcoming and attentive.
All was good.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at the cottage in Winster. The owner, Robin, was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to my questions. The cottage itself was clean, cosy, and beautifully furnished. Even though it was an old house, it had all the modern amenities I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the Peak District on foot or by bike, and the nearby village of Winster was charming with its local shop stocked with delicious produce. The information provided for walks and visits was very thorough and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax during my active weekend in the area.
The shower was a bit low for someone as tall as me, and the bathroom being downstairs was a bit inconvenient, but considering it's an old cottage, it was understandable.
